The service will be commissioned to provide an equivalent high level of patient care equivalent to that which is received across the secure and detained estate. — pharmacy provision, — reception and secondary screening, — emergency response, — input into ACCT reviews as appropriate, — reporting of serious incidents and death in Custodys, — urgent healthcare appointments, — crisis management, — essential transfers as authorised by HMPPS Gold Command, — electronic medical record keeping in line with policy, — Covid-19 .
