Trivallis are seeking to appoint a single, experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with construction on main and flat roof coverings, removal of cavity wall insultation, renewal of cavity wall ties, installation of external wall insulation and the renewal of windows, out house doors, communal doors and canopies. The work requirements is to 129 properties owned by Trivallis across Rhondda Cynon Taff. The works included in this contract includes a mix of requirements from the following list: • The renewal of external roofing, • Cavity inspections; • Installation of external wall insulation, • Canopies, doors and windows.
