Framework Agreement for the supply of Document Storage, Scanning and Digitalisation Solutions

Tender description

The Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Total Document Storage, Scanning and Digitalisation Solutions. The Framework Agreement will be split into three lots: - Lot 1 -Total Document Storage, Scanning and Digitalisation Solutions - Lot 2 - Document Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services - Lot 3 - Document Scanning, EDRMS, Digitalisation and related services The duration of the Framework Agreement will be a maximum of four (4) years; two (2) years initial period with the option to extend for two (2) periods of 12 months. The Framework Agreement will: - Offer choice to the NHS, other Public Sector and Private Sector organisations with suppliers capable of meeting current and future requirements in line with digitalisation transformation plans. - Provide competitive pricing and be an attractive option for NHS, other Public Sector and Private Sector organisations. - Enable cost reductions for the NHS, other Public Sector and Private Sector organisations by working collaboratively to facilitate strategic change programmes.
