Tender description

A total of 92 non-conforming fire doors have been identified during a recent fire safety audit, and require replacing – including the provision and installation of the replacement doors and Ironmongery detailed in the service specification. The successful bidder will also be required to dispose of all waste products including removed doors. Norfolk Community Health and Care have awarded a contract for the replacement of 92 non-conforming fire doors across its estate. Doors that are beyond economical repair will be replaced in accordance with the relevant statutory fire legislation and guidelines. This contract award is for the provision and installation of compliant fire doors; including all supporting hardware (fixtures, fittings, handles, Hinges, door closers, locks and latches).
