(1) ICT services are provided for by the in-house IT team, the current ICT infrastructure operating environment comprises the following: • users make either use of clients' PC/laptops running Microsoft Windows 10 operating system; • all users make use of Microsoft Office 365; • supported internet browser technologies include Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge; • all file transfers between systems are protected by recognized security, with a minimum of SFTP, IP restriction, or VPN based transfers; • internet connectivity is 800 mbps.
