Harborough District Council intends to commission pest control, dog warden and dog kennelling services, which may be delivered in conjunction under a single contract or as two or three entirely separate services under separate contracts. Harborough District Council intends to procure a dog warden service, which may be delivered in conjunction with its stray dog kennelling service and pest control service under a single contract or as entirely separate services. The contractor will provide a comprehensive stray dog warden service which enables the Council to fulfil its statutory responsibilities legislation and byelaws and regulations or orders as directed by the Council. The service will be subject to the Council’s policies as implemented throughout the contract term. The contractor must make due provision for all such policy and statutory requirements which may vary during the contract term, as directed by the supervising officer.
