Tender description

This market sounding brief and survey, is being issued by Network Rail (NR) to welcome the supplier market to engage and contribute to the establishment of dedicated services for training analysis, design and delivery of leadership and management development. The commercial vehicle(s) will deliver blended learning solutions for some or all of the leadership and management interventions. These will be categorised for each management/leadership level, Frontline, Senior and Executive.
