BBC CiN is considering the capabilities, services and software platforms of an external provider to deliver specific website hosting, stock holding and fulfilment. The tools and services would be to support the needs of the BBC CiN Ltd e-commerce website, the fulfilment of orders for product and stock holding. The supplier for the BBC CiN e-commerce website, stock holding, and fulfilment would ideally be required to provide capabilities and services on a standard price basis that is dependent on the use and demand of the charity. The supplier would be required to supply online tools for the BBC which will include a range of platforms: a) Website Hosting b) Mobile web version c) Online portal for behind the e-commerce site and a portal for the fulfilment system Suppliers would be expected to have the capability to deliver the following: a) Website hosting and running the e-commerce website b) Stock holding c) Despatch all product orders d) Despatch all orders within 24 hours e) Process returns f) Provide regular detailed sales, despatch, returns and stock reports Additional information: Responses are invited for submission no later than - Wednesday 5th August 2020 at 14:00 (UK Time).
