CPU 4017 Window Cleaning Services for Ashfield District Council

Nottingham City Council on behalf of Ashfield District Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a cost-effective and comprehensive window cleaning service contract, for their operational and ancillary buildings, main offices, community centres, Sheltered Housing Schemes and communal areas in blocks of residential flats. The Council requires a responsive service to maintain the effective safe use of Ashfield District Council owned buildings, the safety, security and well-being of all users and visitors, including ensuring an environmentally-friendly practise for the management of waste.
