Harborough District Council intends to appoint property agents in respect of: Lettings: (i) the initial and ongoing lettings of ‘Grow on Space‘, Compass Point Business Park, Market Harborough; (ii) the ongoing lettings at the Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Farm Business Park, Market Harborough; and Management: (i) day-to-day property management of compass point, including operational, maintenance and financial management. 1.1.) Harborough District Council intends to appoint property agents in respect of management: i.day-to-day property management of compass point, including operational, maintenance and financial management.
