Tender description
The authority is seeking to appoint contractors for ‘Boiler and Gas Central Heating’ term contracts for Reading Borough Council Buildings, assets and for clients of the Property Services Department. The term contracts will be managed by the property services Team. The contract is a framework contract with a maximum of 2 (two) contractors chosen. The contract period will be up to a period of 5 (five) years, (3 years with a possible 2-year extension based on performance). RBC — boiler and gas central maintenance framework in Reading.
