The Council Room is a large circular meeting room used by many of the Institute’s executive groups, it requires a robust user-friendly Video Conferencing system with touch panel control, that can be used to hold meetings where participants can be either based physically or join remotely using Microsoft Teams. The system also needs to act as a display for meeting content and should have excellent audio/video quality to ensure all participants can be seen and heard. The system should have height adjustable display units based centrally in the room as well as a display function over the entrance and facing walls
