Tender description

Trivallis wish to carry out planned maintenance works in its current housing stock to ensure all properties meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. The works included in this contract includes a mix of requirements from the following list: • Renewal of main roofs/flat roofs and outhouse roofs • Removal of cavity wall insulation and renewal of cavity wall ties. • Installation of External Wall insulation • Renewal of windows, out house doors, communal doors and canopies The project compromises the works listed above to be carried out at 80 properties in the Cynon Valley at Pantycerdin and Trenant.
