The Design and Construction of a Modular Outpatient Department (OPD)

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a contractor who will be required to supply and install a portacabin / modular building structure within the Contracting Authority's campus. The successful contractor will have access to an integrated design-team for the purposes of designing and delivering/installing the required unit. The successful tenderer will assume responsibility for: The design of an appropriate layout to meet the performance specification: The compilation and submission of all necessary Building Control application documentation; The carrying out of all works and preparation of all documentation relating to the supply and installation of the required unit: All works relating to the demolition and removal of any existing structures and the subsequent making good of the site: All ground work's, earthworks and foundation works necessary for siting the required unit.
