Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations that will deliver a high-quality supported accommodation service; providing person-centred and outcome-focussed support to young people aged predominantly 16 to 18. There will be a contract for two geographical areas. A tenderer can apply for one or both geographical areas. The high intensity service will be delivered in appropriate accommodation such as houses or flats. The floating support will be delivered as support hours. The contracts will commence on 1 November 2020 and will be for a period of 2 years and 8 months with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The Council will follow a procedure under the Light Touch Regime, resembling an open procedure.
