Tender description

A residential respite service of short breaks for children with disabilities. As this is a care and support service, which is regulated by the Procurement Reform Act (Scotland) 2014, the Council may award without seeking offers (decided on a case-by-case basis) and taking into consideration the Procurement of Care and Support Services Guidance 2016. This has been direct awarded on the basis that is in the best interests of the service users.
