Construction of new two-storey stairwell extension to rear (north) of existing school (St Mary’s CBS) to comprise the following; New covered external fire escape stairs from first floor Science Lab / Home Economics areas to side (west) of existing building. Extensive internal refurbishments which include; GF - New corridor, new staff room, new male toilet, painting numerous rooms FF – New lobby, new male toilet, new corridor, new accessible WC, two new science labs, one prep room, painting numerous rooms. All associated drainage and site development works as indicated on the drawings at St. Mary’s CBS, Tower Hill, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
