Provision of Legal Services 2020 - 2025

Tender description

The Association wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Legal Services for the Lot & Categories detailed below. The MTCA for Legal Services will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at the Association discretion. Lot 1: General Legal, Contractual, Procurement, Construction, Acquisitions & Property Conveyancing Lot 2: Arrears Recovery (Rent & Factoring) Lot 3: Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring, Lot 4: Governance, Financial Management and Charity Lot 5: Employment Law We are seeking interest from organisations that can provide all of the above Lot & Categories services to the Association, due to the nature of the services involved in this MTCA; this tender has been split into five (5) Lots. The supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) will be awarded to each Lot; the Association will consider combined bids from the same bidder for all Lots
