Tender description
Food Drink Ireland Skillnet are looking for a suitably qualified education provider to deliver certified training in knifing and boning skills for the meat industry. This course is for those working in the meat industry who require knifing and boning skills to work on a high-speed deboning line. Those who are new to the industry or working in different areas of the plant and wish to become proficient in knifing and boning at award, certificate and diploma level.
