Provision of a Competence Assessment and Moderation Process for the Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner

This Market Engagement Exercise (MME) seeks information in preparation for a competition to procure the provision of a Competence Assessment and Moderation Process for the Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner / Home Office. The purpose of this MEE is as follows:- • To determine potential suppliers for this service who will be able to respond to an Invitation to Tender (ITT); • To provide the market with early sight of the Authority's requirements; • To seek market feedback in order to: help refine the requirements; • To understand the capability and appetite of the market to deliver the requirements • To understand the possible risks involved; • To shape the commercial approach accordingly. The Contract will be placed using the standard "Short Form Agreement". It is intended to place this by the end of 2020 however this may be achieved earlier and hence the start date may be earlier than that referred to in the Notice. Further detail is set out in the attachment. Dependent upon the level of interest there may be a Supplier downselection stage before the ITT is issued; this will be determined once the closing date is passed.
