PRN1337 Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Engineering Services

Tender description

Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage a single Service Provider to carry out Fire Risk Assessments Services for its’ existing property stock, provide Fire Safety Strategies for new developments and provide specialist fire safety advice and investigations across a number of sites and range of property types throughout Ireland (Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Individual sites may be either directly managed by Choice Staff or Jointly Managed by a range of organisations who will have varying degrees of day-to-day management responsibilities both of the premises and tenants/residents.
