Tender description

Littlehampton Town Council is inviting tenders to act as Employer's Agent for the construction of the New youth Centre on Eldon Way. This contract is to assist the Town Council in all aspects of this project, ensuring compliance to CDM regulations 2015 and progress the project through the RIBA stages. The successful applicant must be available to commence contract on the 17th of August 2020. Applications in response to the service specification are invited by the closing date of 31st of July 2020 at 16:30. Please note that the Town Council's Main Office is closed and staff are working remotely.
