The Learning and Development Team in TII is committed to creating an environment which drives high performance and provides continuous learning opportunities for employees. To assist with staff development over the coming 4 years, TII is now inviting tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and reputed companies to provide a range of learning and development training and support services through a combination of traditional classroom and virtual settings. Services would include but not be limited to the following areas: 1. Line Management Training and Support 2. E-Learning Services (Preparation, Development and Implementation) 3. Soft Skills training including Holding Effective Conversations 4. Coaching 5. Team Development 6. Mentoring Support 7. Facilitation Support 8. Psychometric Testing / Assessment Tools
