Tender description

The Development Bank of Wales wishes to contract for managed services to cover all sites to include: — IT service desk; — service management; — onsite support including support of data rooms; — end user computing; — oversite of other providers (i.e. network services). The service comprises c250 users across 11 sites located in England and Wales. DBW wishes to contract for managed services to cover all sites to include: — IT service desk; — service management; — onsite support including support of data rooms; — end user computing; — oversite of other providers (i.e. network services). We estimate that the tender documentation will be available mid- August 2020.
