Tender description

The Covid-19 situation has meant that we have needed to respond to consequences immediately because of imminent risk to public health. As part of the response by local NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and ESCC, there is a requirement to make available up to 3 000 additional nursing beds for use as step down nursing beds for the anticipated additional patients who will require care as a result of either contracting Covid-19, or because the Covid-19 crisis means that the usual provision of nursing beds is no longer available for them. The Bexhill Care Centre has 43 beds.
