Tender description

The aim of this project is to create, develop and incorporate two new experiences; ‘Shipwreck’ and ’Majesty of Land and Sea’ into its overall visitor offering at the Hook Lighthouse visitor centre. The services requires for this appointment will include the following: • preparation of traffic and environmental assessments; • environmental reports – EIA and NIS; • preliminary design for traffic and services works; • detailed design for traffic and services works; • procurement for traffic and services works; • construction management services for traffic and services works; • handover.
