Tender description

The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineer services for HVAC and Sanitary Installations and climate techniques (RIV). The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that throughout the entire contract period the contracting authority will have access to assistance from good consultants with relevant competence to cover the contracting authority’s ongoing need for services within HVAC and Sanitary Installations (RIV). Consulting Engineer Services for HVAC and Sanitary Installations and climate technique (RIV) in the following disciplines is relevant: — pipe and sanitation engineering, — heating, — ventilation, — sprinklers, — cooling. See Appendix 1: Performance Specification. The framework agreement is divided into two zones (zone 1 Sør-Rogaland and zone 2 Nord-Rogaland). For each zone a parallel framework agreement will be signed with up to two suppliers, assuming that there is a sufficient number of suitable tender offer. Tenderers can choose which zones they will submit a tender for. Tenders can be submitted for both zones. Each zone will be seen as a separate competition when the tenders are evaluated. The tenderer must primarily take on the role of executing consultant in connection with the replacement, rehabilitation, new procurements and engineering design. The consultant must make every effort to assist the contracting authority in all phases of the construction project, from start-up to completion and guarantee follow-up. The assignment may be reviews, basis for turnkey contracts or divided contracts. The contracting authority's projects vary in nature, size, cost, duration, contract form, degree of difficulty, and require resources and a team with comprehensive competence. The assignment may have different sizes, everything from smaller adjustment on the existing installation to major construction projects that take several years.
