Tender description

Enterprise Causeway wish to refurbish and extend a B1 Listed Bushmills Courthouse to develop a Shared Space Creative Hub in Bushmills. Enterprise Causeway wishes to make a single appointment of an economic operator to provide professional services of an integrated consultancy team (ICT) for the proposed shared space creative hub to include, project manager, architecture, planning consultant, cost management, associated construction professionals in related disciplines. The structure of the consultant team is described in MOI Part B Section 7.5. The ICT will be required to provide a traditional design through RIBA plan of works Stage 0-7 and provide both innovation in terms of design development and address comments from key user groups and the project board. The ICT will be required to progress the designs, produce comprehensive employer’s requirements (ER’s), full procurement and management of an Integrated supply team, technical advice and administration of construction stage.
