Tender description

Onboard and facility cleaning contract services* across 2 separate First Rail Holdings rail operations — First TransPennine Express Limited and First Trenitalia West Coast Rail Ltd — to include bespoke arrangements at each, including but not limited to: • station and facility cleaning, • onboard cleaning, • mobile cleaning support. * This lot may be divided into sub lots for each of the service elements as appropriate. The provision of both facility and onboard cleaning for the First TransPennine Express operating franchise, with the inclusion of mobile support cleaning where required. Provision of onboard service cleaning for the First Trenitalia West Coast Rail Ltd operating franchise. Combination of lots 1 and 2, producing value added service and cost reduction where possible. Examples include shared resource and strategic planning.
