Tender description

The provision of both onboard and building cleaning for First TransPennine Express and building cleaning for Avanti West Coast Provision of the following services: Station cleaning — a cleaning regime per station to be offered and identified by an allocation of hours against an agreed scope. In transit cleaning — core and additional cleaning regimes per station to be offered and identified by an allocation of number of services per week against an agreed scope. Mobile cleaning — a cleaning regime to be offered at a level of 80 hours per week to managed stations against an agreed scope. Station cleaning — a cleaning regime per station to be offered and identified by an allocation of hours against an agreed scope. In transit cleaning — core and additional cleaning regimes per station to be offered and identified by an allocation of number of services per week against an agreed scope. The provision of both TOC required services which should bring benefits to a group contract. Submission of bids for this lot shall indicate cost reduction and added value, such as shared resource, etc.
