Tender description
The project consists of 175 New Build Residential units over 5 blocks with 4 commercial units to the ground floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 140 weeks, start date is 17th August 2020 with anticipated completion on 24th June 2023. Claritas Group is the Construction manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of an Architectural Metalwork Contractor. Expressions of Interest must be made via the Kent Business Portal. Tenders will not be accepted via any other route and procurement documents are not available other than by expressing an interest on the portal.
