Tender description

The Purchaser for this Direct Award is Perth & Kinross Council. The purpose of this direct award is to seek and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the construction of a new four storey block of flats independent of the adjacent buildings to accommodate 4 nr 2-bedroom and 4 nr 1-bedroom flats including wheelchair access on the ground floor. The requirement has been identified as part of the Councils new build housing development programme which aims to achieve the targets set out within the Local Housing Strategy. There is currently a high level of demand for city centre housing in an area where there is currently low level of site availability. The Contract will run for 40 weeks from 9th March 2020 until December 2020.
