St Mary's Secondary School is a voluntary secondary school under the patronage of CEIST. The project consists of (a) Additional Accommodation: • 1 x Music Room 88.6 m2 • 1 x Construction Studies Room 149 m2 • 1 x Construction Studies Prep Area 59 m2 • 1 x Home Economics Room 119 m2 Total Area: 415.6 m2 (b) Emergency Works: • Emergency Roof Repair to two flat roof parts and a slated high A-Roof The approximate level of grant for (a) the Additional Accommodation is €1,100,000 (inclusive of fees and VAT). (b) the Emergency Works is €35,000
