The attached Invitation to Tender and supporting documentation is for Actuaries and Consultancy Services to the British Transport Police Authority. Thank you for your interest in this opportunity. The timeline contained may be subject to change due to the ongoing effects from Covid-19. The Authority will to its best endeavours keep to the timetable and advise if and when the timetable needs to be amended. We ask that potential providers are considerate during this challenging period. The Tender process includes a clarification/presentation from potential providers; if sessions are required then the finer details of how and when the sessions will take place will be determined closer to the time. If potential providers can support BTPA in setting up a virtual meeting this would be welcome. As with regular tender processes, we ask that potential providers stick to the general rules of engagement and contact is made via the tendering portal.
