Service management tools, such as Service Now and Remedy Desirable Skills include: Knowledge of the ViSOR (Dangerous Persons Database) application and dataset Specialist role Content designer Expected Contract Length 2 years Latest start date Wednesday 1 July 2020 Early Market Engagement N/A Who Speclialist Work With Database Administrator to work in the Development Team responsible for developing and maintaining the system that supports the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA)for managing the most dangerous offenders in the UK.
