Tender description

Bradford Teaching Hospitals tenders for the provision of taxi services for conveying trust staff, patients and conveyance of light goods — please refer to tender documents for full over arching requirement. Publication of contract award. Tenders are invited for the provision of taxi and shuttle services to Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This includes the provision of conveying Trust staff, patients, conveyance of light goods (including urgent medical notes, pathology specimens) and wheelchair service users in passenger vehicles as well as provision of car seats (for passengers with new born babies leaving the women’s and children’s unit) as and when required. A hospital ‘staff only’ shuttle service between Bradford Royal Infirmary and St Luke's Hospital, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 and 18.30 is part of the taxi service requirement for the carriage of no more than eight members of BTHFT staff only, goods and items consisting of packaged notes, samples in appropriate carriers, post and small boxed items.
