Tender description

To provide cleaning services to Loreto Grammar School, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 4AH. Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for the provision of cleaning services to Loreto Grammar School, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 4AH. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Saturday 1 August 2020 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed key performance indicators from day one of the contract. Loreto Grammar School is a girls’ grammar school with 1 050 students, of which 260 are in the sixth form. The School occupies a campus consisting of traditional buildings dating back to the 1800’s and modern accommodation. The science labs, ICT suite, dining room, resistant materials room and music room, have recently been fully refurbished. Further extension work is planned in the near future.
