Tender description

The Trust needs to procure a supplier to carry out research; on our behalf and for those organisations we manage services for, including regular perception research. Further details of the contracting authority’s requirements under the contract and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification at Schedule 2. The main objective of the contract for the provision of perception research will be to gather perceptions of the Trust, its services and reputation. Split down further, the research will aim to gather insight for each audience. We also require build and ongoing management of a bespoke Northumbria branded online community platform for non-face to face engagement with the public. There will also be the requirement for additional time limited ad-hoc research projects e.g. when developing new services or building new facilities.
