Tender description
The scope of this contract is to provide the range of agency workers that may be required to support the delivery of services for our customers. This includes industrial, technical, trades and related support workers. The nature of the contract means that the supply will include the ability to source and provide suitable workers often at very short notice as this contract will be used to supplement our own teams during absences, planned and unplanned, seasonal peaks and emergency work. The teams work closely with other emergency services to provide support during flooding and similar problems. As ODS is wholly own by the Council, this contract will also be used by OCC (Oxford City Council) and its other company OCHL (Oxford City Housing) as they occasionally require agency workers with similar skills. 1. Industrial and operational – refuse, street scene, grounds maintenance workers, HGV drivers. Trades and technical and operational specialists – arborists, electricians, planners, QS, contract managers plus related industry specialist workers.
