Tender description

The proposed project will comprise of the following which is an indicative list as the design has not been finalised : 8no. 2 bedroom / 3 person apartment 9no. 2 bedroom / 4 person dwelling 12no. 3 bedroom / 5 person dwellings New access road New surface and foul water services including temporary package treatment plant Foundations, External works, construction period 15 months. Donegal County Council has prepared a preliminary Safety & Health Plan for the project and will act as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP). Donegal County Council will be responsible for the architectural design in-house and the management of the tender and construction process of the project. Mechanical/ Electrical /Civil /Structural Engineering Consultant services have been procured separately. The appointed consultant shall carry out the required services in consultation with and to the direction and satisfaction of the Client, Donegal County Council.
