Tender description
A Site Investigation is required to support the design of a proposed development at Emmet Road, Dublin 8. The purpose of the site investigation works is to obtain physical and environmental parameters that can inform the design proposals for the development. The proposed site investigation will consist of: • Boreholes; • Window sampling; • Slit trenches; • Trialpits; • Soakaway Tests; • Plate Bearing Tests; • Gas and Groundwater Monitoring. This project is subject to funding. Please see attached documents for further information.
