HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) compatible payroll management services. This framework agreement will cover the supply of ESR compatible fully managed, blended and bureau payroll services. The scope includes software development, software, consultation and advice, BACS service, hosted payroll, helpdesk solutions, HMRC reporting, temporary and permanent employees, security, fully managed services and any other product/service associated with payroll. HealthTrust Europe are looking for an operational payroll provider to supply fully managed, blended and bureau payroll. The payroll services should include a variable blend of functions such as joiners, permanent variations, temporary variations, expenses, overpayments, underpayments, leavers, redundancy, sickness or injury, maternity, paternity or adoption, payroll timetable, unpaid leave, absence, jury service, financial references, pensions, injury benefit or death in service, third party deductions, salary sacrifice schemes, weekly or monthly (including payments to bank staff) payroll runs, payroll reconciliation, Attachment of Earnings deductions (AOE) and service optimisation. HealthTrust Europe will include HR services as a supplementary service to this framework.The supplier shall provide a robust reporting mechanism back to the customer and to HealthTrust Europe.
