The Council wishes to appoint an Occupational Health Service Provider (OHSP) in order that The Council has a best in class occupational health service (OHS) for the protection and prevention of its entire staff, including the staff of the Limerick City & County Council Fire Service, from ill health (or injury) arising from their work in The Council. The Council is seeking to enter into a proactive partnership based arrangement to ensure that it meets the objectives of the contract in the most efficient and cost effective way while at the same time facilitating an environment in which improvements are openly presented.
