Tender description
The contract is to provide architectural services to review some aspects of the current design where regulatory standards or the Council's requirements have changed. Once completed, design development work is required to Stage 3 to facilitate the approval of a Section 73 Planning Application. Once approved, design development work to Stage 3+ is required to enable tender documents to be produced.
