Tender description
The Framework Agreement is a Sole-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services. The Supplier shall provide Water Supply and Sewerage Services to eligible non-household customers in accordance with the Water Act 2014. The Framework Agreement will also include provisions for assisting Contracting Authorities to reduce water consumption and support their efficiency aims.
