The N21 Newcastle West Pavement Improvement Scheme Phase 1 is located on the N21 National Primary Road on the Eastern approach to Newcastle West Town. The Scheme commences at the Racetrack on the eastern approach to the town and extends approximately 1km to the west to a conclusion at the Old Pike Roundabout.
