Mynydd Mawr Rehabilitation Garden Refurbishment Works at Prince Philip Hospital Site

Tender description

The Health Board has approved Capital funding from DCP 2020/21 for refurbishment works at the Mynydd Mawr Rehabilitation Garden for dementia patients at Prince Philip Hospital. The scheme of works shall include: -  Supply and lay new Yellow tarmacadam area size 245m.  Supply and install x2 galvanised handrails on doorway exit.  Vegetation clearance work.  Repair and repaint boundary fence.  Pressure wash existing slabbed area.  Supply sleepers and build raised bed seating area.  Supply and build pergola with seating area.  Supply and install stainless steel powder coated handrail. system around gravel area( handrail colour tba)  Supply and lay blue chippings – area size 40m2.  Re-seed areas where vegetation has been removed.  Supply and installed raised Bwls play area (1.2m x4m).  Areas of garden to be graveled 10m2.
