Tender description
The Morlais project is looking for a service provider to support the project in producing a business case for the project utilising the Five Case Business Model. The contract will be split into two Lots Lot 1 – Produce a full Business case for submission by the 30th September 2020. Lot 2 – Provide further support services as required in finalising the business case Both Lots will be awarded to the same organisation
