The award of the Historical Railways Estate (HRE) - Works Framework 2020. The key purpose of this tender exercise is to deliver the Works element of the Historical Railways Estate (HRE) Provision. The works framework will provide the minor works intervention and, from time to time, reactive maintenance for 3190 assets throughout mainland Great Britain. Lot 1 - National - Major Works Typically, these orders equate to £200k or above. All works on this lot are awarded following secondary competition. This lot will hold three suppliers. Lot 2 - North - Minor Works & Emergency response Typically, these orders equate to less than £200k. All works will be awarded via Direct Allocation. This lot will hold three suppliers. Lot 3 - South - Minor Works & Emergency response Typically, these orders equate to less than £200k. All works will be awarded via Direct Allocation on this. This lot will hold three suppliers.
