Framework Agreement for Ground Works and ExcavationFR3F

Tender description

The Ground Works and External Works Framework RBKC is seeking to appoint up to three (3) suitably experienced, qualified and competent Contractors to its ground works and external works framework. The successful bidders will support and collaborate with RBKC’s Repairs Maintenance and Voids Services Team in providing the Works across RBKC’s portfolio of ten thousand (10,000) properties. RBKC’s requirements for the Works are set out in the Specification Documents which have been uploaded to the Portal. The Works will be delivered across the Borough and there will be no restrictions on geographical locations. Each of the Contractors will be expected to work collaboratively with RBKC and help to achieve sustainable improvements in the way in which the Works are provided. The estimated annual budget for the ground works and external works framework is two hundred thousand pounds (£200,000). Please note that this figure is an estimate and may be subject to change. In accordance with the PCR 2015, the ground works and external works framework will run for a maximum term of four (4) years. RBKC will enter into the Framework Agreement with each of the appointed Contractors.
