Tender description

This tender is for the provision of Insurance services for Leicestershire Academies, under the Leicester Academies Insurance Scheme (LAIS). The Leicestershire County Council is seeking insurance cover for approximately 133 member schools (based on membership of the existing scheme) consisting of primary, secondary and special schools primarily within the Leicestershire county border but has also expanded in the last couple of years to include a Trust with academies located within Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The tender is split into three lots: Lot 1: Main Insurance Cover, including Material Damage, Money, Computers, Business Interruption, Public Liability and Employers liability; Lot 2: Commercial Legal Expenses; Lot 3: Motor Insurance including Uninsured Loss Recovery. Lot 1: Main insurance cover, including material damage, money, computers, business interruption, public liability and employers liability. Lot 2: Commercial legal expenses. Lot 3: Motor insurance.
